Identify, purchase or lease prime food and fibre producing agricultural land Australia-wide and re-lease to existing landholders to utilise for farming.
Water
Identify, purchase and lease reliable, secure water entitlements Australia-wide and re-lease to existing entitlement holders to utilise for farming.
People
Identify and retain holders of agricultural land and water entitlement users to operate and manage the Assets in a ‘business as usual’ manner as tenants. Re-lease Assets to provide revenue streams and promote capital growth using existing agricultural knowledge, expertise and passion for land.
